**The problem:** business logic is scattered across two WP installs, several paid
plugins, and one external checkout. We rent every critical capability.

> 🟢 **Plus `ops.` (added 2026-06-23):** a fifth, staff-facing surface for LAFF's
> internal procedures/SOPs (Bruce's requirement). Built as its own **Vue 3 SPA**
> (like the Customer/Admin SPAs) on the same API — not drawn above. See

**The win:** one codebase, one data model, every capability owned and extensible.
